First Cleans

BaxWalker Services can often bring back discoloured and badly soiled UPVC frames to a nearly new condition (see pictures below).

Unfortunately if the UPVC frame has deteriorated too far and the discolouration is deep in the material we may not be able to return it to a nearly new finish. However there should always be a marked improvement to the frame.

The first clean will probably take us a lot longer and may incur an extra charge. This will depend on how much grime has accumulated since the windows were last cleaned and what they were cleaned with.

However, if you are requiring us to carry out a regular year round monthly clean, this extra charge will be waived.

Your conservatory, including the roof can be cleaned in the same way, often returning it to a nearly new look.

In the case of extremely soiled windows and frames, we may ask you for the use of your water supply to enable us to rinse off the bulk of the dirt before using the BaxWalker Pure Water System.

Subsequent cleans should then only require the use of the BaxWalker Pure Water System and will dry to a sparkling finish.
